David Paton

Sculptor David Paton teaches our 4 day Stone Carving sculpture course.

David Paton is a highly experienced sculptor who has completed numerous large and small scale commissions for public and private clients across the UK.  Much of David's still life sculpture and public art employs traditional carving skills using a broad range of stone that includes sandstones from the North of England, southern limestones and Cornish granite.  David is currently carrying out doctoral research on Cornish granite quarrying.
