LANDSCAPE FOR BEGINNERS PAINTING COURSE
This exciting new three day course with artist Anita Reynolds will provide a lively and informative introduction to landscape painting.
The first two days will be spent outside on the stunning coastline and moorlands of West Cornwall. Anita begins by showing you how to take meaningful notes and studies for paintings and how to overcome the challenges of working on location. There is a lot to see and take in when working outside; the skill is in learning how to simplify and focus when there, what materials to use and how to use them.
Back in the studio on day three Anita will show you how to consolidate and develop your ideas in order to produce a number of paintings using all the resources gathered over the previous two days.
Throughout the course Anita will be on hand to offer one-to-one tuition and advice, her aim is always to create a relaxed and playful atmosphere delivered with enthusiasm and humour. She is a very generous and intuitive teacher who quickly understands the needs of each student and is passionate about helping you to find your own creative voice.
An inspiring three days aimed at setting you off with the skills you need to paint landscapes.
