The National Trust, installation artist Anthony Garratt and Newlyn School of Art are inviting members of the public, from beginners to practicing artists, to join us in creating a record attempt for the most people painting a landscape outdoors in the same place on September 1st. Hundreds of participants will form a line of painters along the mile of dramatic coastline between Land's End and Sennen in west Cornwall.

To participate in the Art For Good mass painting installation and record you simply need to book places for those attending the event via this page. The cost is £2 per person and all funds go to the National Trust towards the cause of creating stone footings along the Land's End to Sennen footpath to reduce erosion of the surrounding land and protect the rare flora and fauna there.

Please note that in purchasing registration for the event you understand that you are required to bring your own paints, brushes, palettes and water/white spirit etc as the event organisers will be providing only a 20cm x 30cm primed board to every attendee and no painting materials.

If you have children in your party (also £2 per person so please register all children who will paint) or you would like information on an area which has been designated as providing easier access for those who require it please tick the appropriate boxes at the Check Out during your registration and we will get in touch with you with more information prior to the event.

If you have more than five people in your group please register more than once to get the required number of people for your group. Please note that the designated car parks are charging around £5. Please bring change.
