Frequently Asked Questions for the post auction exhibition:
How do I purchase a work? Simply click on the 'Full Details' grey box below each lot image and fill in your details.
Is the price shown the usual gallery price? No, as a guide, it is around 2/3 of the usual gallery price in most cases.
How do I make payment for the work I have asked to buy? We will contact you within 5 working days to take payment and arrange delivery.
Will the work in the auction be subject to artist's resale rights? No the works are being sold direct from the artist and so there are no extra fees for resale rights.
Is the delivery a cost to be paid on top of the sum that was bid? Yes. On behalf of the artists we have created a straightforward and cost effective set of delivery options. As a guide; the cost of delivery to any UK mainland address will be roughly in the following categories (NB two purchases delivered to the same address will incur just one delivery cost):
1. £10 for a small unframed work on paper sent in the registered Royal Mail post to a UK mainland address. The cost of packaging and insurance is included in this delivery charge.
2. All other works (which are not small unframed works on paper) will be sent using a professional art courier company who are a recommended handler for institutions such as the Royal Academy and the Mall Galleries. The following prices include vat, packaging and insurance.
£36 for delivery to Cornwall.
£50 for delivery to the South West of England.
£85 for delivery to London, the South East, the Midlands and South Wales.
£99 for delivery to all other addresses in mainland England.
3. For delivery to any addresses not listed above please contact the art school office via our Contact Us form prior to making a bid and include your address and which lots you are interested in bidding on.
