Mentoring Programme Bursaries
This year, Newlyn School of Art will be offering a number of bursaries alongside the Toby O'Brien bursary. These bursaries will enable low-income artists to attend our Mentoring Programme ON TOUR 2025/26.
Low Income Bursaries
Newlyn School of Art is a not-for-profit arts organisation who have provided bursaries to emerging artists on our Mentoring Programme for over 12 years. Our bursaries have supported many artists from acorss the country.
We are particularly keen to support young emerging artists or those who need support due to financial hardship.

Applicants are required to complete and evidence the eligibility section of the form together with a personal statement and also provide a minimum of 5 images of your work and a link to your website and/or any social media presence.
