Drawing without lines is the theme of this session with Marie-Claire Hamon. A tonal drawing where dark meets light to convey the relationship between the model and his shadow. By covering the paper with a layer of charcoal, the humble rubber becomes the drawing tool of choice, carving out areas of light to gently reveal the figure

Here Marie-Claire Hamon will teach with the use of charcoal, rubbers, soft pastels or chalks, felt tip pens and paper. However, materials are flexible and you can get a lot out of the session without some of the materials mentioned.
